Hmm . . .looks like I'll have to be another one of your admirers, Jay. I only tried your pork sandwich at Brimfield -which was pretty good. You may have topped South Carolina's Pork - but then again, maybe it's the cook waivering my opinion! Looking forward to trying your Chili ... hot or sweet? Hope to talk again soon!
