Needed:
1 - Uncle Jay's seasoning package 1 - 5 Quart Pot (Cast iron preferred) 3 Tbs - Olive Oil 1/4Tsp - Red Pepper Sauce 1 Tbs - Cinnamon 2 Lbs - Burger (or any meat you prefer) 1 - Spanish Onion (Chopped) 1 - Green Pepper (Chopped) 2 - Stalks Celery (Chopped) 2 - Cans (28 oz each) Diced Tomatoes 1 - Can (29 oz) Tomato Sauce 1 - Cup of water
Sauté the onions, celery, and green peppers with olive oil, hot sauce and half of the seasoning package in the pot over high heat. Once they become tender add hamburger and remaining seasoning package plus cinnamon. Cooked until meat is browned. Add tomato sauce and diced tomatoes and water. Bring to a slow boil, stirring!!!!l Lower heat and simmer for 1 hour and 1/2 (90 minutes) uncovered.
Serve over spaghetti and out lots of Cheddar and Jack cheese on top. Makes 18 8 oz Cups
If you want your chili hotter just add red cayenne pepper only.
